To Share a video using the Zoom Video method 

One of the easiest and most reliable ways to share video files during a zoom meeting is to use zooms built-in video player.

  1. On the Zoom control bar press the green Share Screen icon.
  2. The share selection dialog box will open. Select the “Advanced” tab,
  3. Click the Video tile to select it.
  4. Click the blue Share button.
  5. A file selection dialog box will open. Find and select the correct video file. Click on the Open button.
  6. The Zoom video player window will open. Press play
  7. Listen to ensure that the volume is appropriate, and adjust as necessary.
