The 13 Skills to Master

We have broken what you need to master into 13 Skills listed below. This allows you to personally track your progress as you train for your role, and makes it simple to report on your progress to your team!

The 13 skills are:

  • Able to Automatically Open a Room.
  • Able to Open a Room and Assign Manually.
  • Able to change the breakout room settings.
  • Able to set and change the timer.
  • Able to rename rooms.
  • Able to rename participants.
  • Able to move participants from one room to another.
  • Able to exchange participants from one room to another.
  • Able to broadcast messages into the breakout room.
  • Able to “bounce” participants from one room to another (how to deal with a participant who may be having technical issues.)
  • Able to reassign participants who enter the session while breakout rooms are open.
  • Able to rename participants in the event of a translated course.
  • Able to accurately describe the walkthrough/process for LMF Sunday night and for Final Sessions.
