LAUNCHING YOUR FORUM – INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open Launching Your Forum Music File (30:06) on your desktop.
2. At 34 mins prior to start (6:26 pm for a 7:00 pm start time) begin playing the music. To do this:
   1. Press PLAY on the media player
   2. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > COMPUTER AUDIO > SHARE
3. At 4 mins prior to start (6:56 pm for a 7:00 pm start time) begin playing the Launching Your Forum 4min Video as well. To do this:
   1. Open the Launching Your Forum 4min Video
   2. Press PLAY on the second media player (while the music is continuing to play the whole time)
   3. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > BASIC > Select SHARE SOUND > Launching Your Forum 4min Video  > SHARE
   4. You will now be playing both the audio player while showing the video player simultaneously.
4. At the 0 min mark stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   1. Press the Red STOP SHARE button.

DAY 1 – INSTRUCTIONS

1. At 32 mins prior to start (8:28 am for a 9:00 asm start time) begin playing the Day 1 Loop 32min Video. To do this:
   1. Press PLAY on the media player
   2. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > VIDEO > SHARE > Locate Day 1 Loop 32min Video in your file folders > OPEN > SHARE > Press play
2. The music will stop at the 3-minute and the 3-minute countdown mark will begin.
3. Once the countdown clock reaches 0:00 the animation will change and the music will begin again.
4. At the 31:41 min mark, the Leader will turn on their camera when the text “can’t” begins to float to the center of the screen.
5. At the 32:01 min mark, when the text “Welcome to your LANDMARK FORUM” begins to fade stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   1. Press the Red STOP SHARE button.

DAY 2 – INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the Day 2 Music File (31:12) on your desktop.
2. At 31 mins prior to start (8:29 am for a 9:00 am start time) begin playing the music. To do this:
   1. Press PLAY on the media player
   2. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > COMPUTER AUDIO > SHARE
3. At 4 mins prior to start (6:56 pm for a 7:00 pm start time) begin playing the Day 2 3min Video as well. To do this:
   1. Open the Day 2 3min Video
   2. Press PLAY on the second media player (while the music is continuing to play the whole time)
   3. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > BASIC > Select SHARE SOUND > Day 2 3min Video  > SHARE
   4. You will now be playing both the audio player while showing the video player simultaneously.
4. At the 0 min mark stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   1. Press the Red STOP SHARE button.

DAY 3 – INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open Day 3 Music File (29:31) on your desktop.
2. At 29.5 mins prior to start (8:29.5 am for a 9:00 am start time) begin playing the music. To do this:
   1. Press PLAY on the media player
   2. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > COMPUTER AUDIO > SHARE
3. At 4 mins prior to start (6:56 pm for a 7:00 pm start time) begin playing the Day 3 3min Video as well. To do this:
   1. Open the Day 3 3min Video
   2. Press PLAY on the second media player (while the music is continuing to play the whole time)
   3. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > BASIC > Select SHARE SOUND > Day 3 3min Video  > SHARE
   4. You will now be playing both the audio player while showing the video player simultaneously.
4. At the 0 min mark stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   1. Press the Red STOP SHARE button.

FINAL SESSION – INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open Final Session 35min Video (35:00) on your desktop. Ideally, you will open it on a second screen and enlarge the window as much as you possibly can. This will ensure that the video is not pixilated for viewers.
2. Prior to the opening of the waiting room, you will need to set your Portion of Screen to lay on top of the video player. To do that:
   1. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > PORTION OF SCREEN > Select SHARE SOUND > SHARE
   2. This will bring up the Green Share Screen Window
      Align the Green Share Screen Window so that it lays directly on top of the Final Session 35min Video
3. At 35 mins prior to start (6:25 pm for a 7:00 pm start time) begin playing the music. To do this:
   1. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > PORTION OF SCREEN > Select SHARE SOUND > SHARE
4. At the 0 min mark stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   Press the Red STOP SHARE button.
   1. However, allow the Final Session 35min Video to continue playing.
5. The Lead Course Supervisor will make the “5 minute announcement”. When they are done, restart your Portion of Screen sharing. This way the music will begin again without having to restart the video. To do that:
   
   1. Press Green SHARE SCREEN Button > ADVANCED > PORTION OF SCREEN > Select SHARE SOUND > SHARE
6. At the 7:05 min mark stop your screen sharing. To do this:
   1. Press the Red STOP SHARE button.
